2. Geographic Limitation & Insurance Exclusion

  • Australian Jurisdiction: Our business operates under the laws of Australia. Our professional credentials and indemnity/public liability insurance are held with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • USA & Canada Exclusion: Our AASW public liability insurance does not extend to residents of, or individuals accessing our courses from, the United States of America (USA) or Canada.
